Do you provide certificates upon completion?
Yes. Each course issues a digital certificate with module outcomes and estimated hours. Employers can verify via your unique code. Learn more about our credentials.
Can I study at my own pace?
Absolutely. All modules are asynchronous with optional live office hours. Your dashboard automatically saves progress across all devices.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied within 14 days and have completed under 25% of the content, you can request a refund via the Contact page. We may ask for brief feedback to continually improve course quality.
How do you run playtests online?
We provide structured scripts, pre-brief templates, and post-session debrief formats. Students learn how to tag observations and convert them into actionable design improvements.
Which tools do I need?
Paper, markers, and standard dice are sufficient to get started. Advanced modules introduce spreadsheets and digital tabletop simulators—free or low-cost alternatives are always suggested.
Are instructors active designers?
Yes. All instructors actively publish games and provide consulting on real-world prototypes. We teach the exact methods we use daily.
Do you cover accessibility?
Accessibility is integrated throughout the curriculum—covering component contrast, rulebook clarity, color-blind considerations, and inclusive language.
Can teams enroll together?
Yes. We offer team cohorts that include private feedback sessions. Contact us to create a custom learning path for your group.
