1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of SwiftHill Boardcraft services provided at swifthill.site. By creating an account or purchasing courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old or have guardian consent where required.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Prices are listed in USD and may change prospectively.
- Refunds are available within 14 days if you completed under 25% of a course, subject to our FAQ.
4. License to Content
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for your own educational use. Except as permitted by law, do not share, resell, or publicly post course materials.
5. Acceptable Use
- No attempts to bypass security, scrape at scale, or disrupt services.
- No harassment, discrimination, or infringement of others’ rights.
- Use forums and sessions respectfully and keep playtest data confidential where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
SwiftHill Boardcraft and our licensors own platform code, branding, and course content. All trademarks, logos, and names are protected.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee commercial success, manufacturing outcomes, or crowdfunding results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from your use of the services is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
10. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes will be addressed under the laws of your domicile, unless local law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice with an effective date.
